Your mindful coaching experience begins with an in-depth telephone or in-person discovery session. In this meeting, you and your coach will establish your coaching relationship and define the goals you want to achieve through the coaching process.

After the initial discovery coaching session, you and your coach will schedule ongoing coaching sessions for 30-60 minutes on a weekly basis.
