Tanya Brown Coaching Profile
I am the youngest sister of Nicole Brown Simpson. I am a coach people who are transitioning from an outpatient program either from behavioral or substance addiction as well as their families to prevent emotional chaos.
I suffered a mental breakdown TEN years after the murder of my sister. This breakdown placed me in an in-patient and out-patient program for many months, all caused from lack of coping skills and the neglect of grieving, feeling her stress, anxiety and depression Through my personal experiences and professional education, I help others develop effective coping skills necessary to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Today, I have workshops and a thriving coaching practice using my own Tanya’s Tools For Change. I emphasize the significance of proper self-care in achieving and sustaining an optimal quality of life.
I am a certified life coach and has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Argosy University. In Spring of 2014, upon the 20 year anniversary of her sister’s murder, Finding Peace Amid the Chaos: My Escape from Depression and Suicide will be released.
