Carla Edwards Coaching Profile
It has long been understood that finding the answers to life’s difficult and challenging situations is correlated to the questions we are willing to entertain. It takes courage to change, but where does one begin. A gentle approach is to personalize your change process. That is where coaching comes into play. There is no cookie cutter approach to coaching. We are all individuals and coaching addresses your specific needs, experience, traits, preferrences, learning style and specific goals.
An additional benefit is the depth of listening a coach will bring to the process. Coaches are astutely trained to listen for what is going on in a person’s desire to make behavioral changes. Often the starting point in a session will wind up in a totally different plane of awareness.
We deserve the best lives we are willing to live and a good coach knows and respects this desire.
It would be my honor to give you the benefit of my experience as a health profession of 31 years, a Nurse Practioner in the field of mental health of 27 years and a life/wellness coach of 8 years.
Additionally I am certified to train coaches and offer GMC trainings in New Mexico and Texas.
